Formula to Insert Rows + automatically copy formulas.

Is there a way in which If I Inserted a row (row 23) a row would automatically be inserted in to row 43. I have a number of tables linked to the first one and would therefore like to apply this to all of them if this is possible.

Also if I was to delete a row in table 1 i would also like this to applt to all tables.

Is this possible.
