    Finding text amongst longer text using vlookup

    I have attach a very small sample file.
    In this sample I would like to have the VLookup formula return a value of "C:\Bill" which is the desired folder.
    I would like the VLookup to search Column B to see if it contains the text in the partial column (i.e Reaper).
    Could someone tell me what the VLookup is or if I may need to use Index, MATCH.
