List box Help

Question 1: On the DATA VALIDATION list box is there any way I can start to type in the text and the list will jump to that section.

for example:-

A32 - Management of the Works
A33 - Quality standards/control
A34 - Security/Safety/Protection
A36 - Facilities/Temporary works/services
E30 - Reinforcement for in situ concrete
E31 - Post tensioned reinforcement for in situ concrete
E40 - Designed joints in in situ concrete
K10 - Plasterboard dry lining/partitions/ceilings
K11 - Rigid sht. flooring/sheathing/deck/sark/lining/casing
K12 - Under purlin/inside rail panel linings

So if I type in "K" it will jump down to show the "K" entries.

Question 2:
Can I determine the size of the list box drop down window?

If you use ActiveX controls (Combobox) they do that automatically
