Conditional Formatting based on one column but only if another column has the value "x".

What I am trying to do is:
    1. Each day of the week has it's own unique color.
    2. Any time a related box is filled with "x" I want the rows corresponding with each particular day to change color to the specific color that is determined for that particular day.
    3. But this must not work for all rows/columns but only selected rows/columns. We are trying to not effect unrelated information within the same table.

I have attached a sample database with a better explanation. Thanks in advance for any help!
