Find, Match, Copy Paste Value to another worksheet

Hello Excel Masters
I have 2 worksheets: Data and Report

I essentially want Excel to look at Data!A:A & Data!C:C, then look at Report! A:A
if match then to Data!A:A then look at Data! B1:N1
if match then Copy, Paste to Report!B4:N4
