count number of clients by end of programme date or other criteria

Hi I am trying to count the number of clients on a training course by the paramenters of start and end date and listed by how many in each given week, as clients either drop off the course or are unsuitable or find work each week will adjust accordingly.

Works by counting the entries but dosent take into account the other parameters of Exited CLients, Clients who found work etc. Is there any way of doing that please?

Basically what i need it do is to look at the nearest end date wether that be the actual course end date or client exited or client has found work or unsuitable for funding, there fore it must look at the client name and make the distinction for each week as wether to count that client in that weeks client tally. Hope this helps with the explanation.
