If RANK help please

Came across this site by someone else that was after the same idea.

I run a go-kart series, and rather than manually looking & entering the points based upon position, Im looking for a RANK formula to complete the spreadsheet and allocate the points based upon positioning. I've been manually entering all points & unfortunately human errors do occur

50 racer's times
B16 > AY16

Points
50>1

in B18 > AY18


any help would be appreciated.
Cannot organise A>Z due to being numerous rounds and hence looking to enter the formulation many times (obviously adjusting the cells to suit)
