Match Index not working.

Hello,

{=IFERROR(INDEX($A$1:$A$15,MATCH(C2,IF($B$1:$B$15=2001,$C$1:$C$15),0)),INDEX($A$1:$A$15,MATCH(C2,IF($B$1:$B$15=1001,$C$1:$C$15),0)))}

I need a macro with above formula for my large file to be executed with ease, I need to add one more condition but i am unable to do that, like
1. $B$1:$B$15=2001, (already there)
2. $B$1:$B$15=1001, (already there) &
3. $B$1:$B$15=1101, (add new)

How to add that?

Instead of asking correction in your formula, please explain us what you are trying to do for better understanding

I need to have macro which will speed up work on the sheet instead of dragging this formula, macro will do all the correction on a go,

Thanks it has resolved one thing, how about having a macro which will ease my work, i have attached the data file for reference, Please have a look.
