    Question A call out time and a repair time formula

    Hi guys

    I am looking for a bit of help and wonder if you could be of assistance.

    I am trying to work out a call out time and a repair time for my spreadsheet (learning excel), I have two dates and two times and I would like excel to calculate how long it took each part (call out and repair) to complete.

    If you can help I will be very greatfull (and will throw in some epic points )

    Thanks for the reply

    Lets just use the last row as the perfect example, (I rushed getting this out). but for row for (with a sign off date) i would like the time taken to respond to the call out and the repair time

    in M, use this, copied down...
    =(G9+H9)-(C9+D9)

    and then in N, use this, copied down...
    =(I9+J9)-(G9+H9)
