    Displaying Values from Different Cells in One Sheet (as record form)

    Guys,

    Please help me to solve attached file.
    I would like to display in one sheet all data from another sheet, creating in a row.
    I think there is a 9 rows apart on each data, in which formula may be written, but I don't know how to make it.

    (In my example i just made it manually to display the results)
