Removing numbers & non-alphabetic character from email address (before the @)

Hi all,

hopefully the title and the attached file are self explanatory, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In short, im looking to use a 'text-to-columns' function but with multiple characters, namely ~ ! # $ % ^ & * ( ) + { } | : " < > ? ` 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 = [ ] \ ; ' , /

Im not confined to using only this method. If there is something else I havent thought of that will help me get the desired result, would be welcomed.
