The data is based on the start date and end date entered.
I need to count unique values only in the case column, let's say there are 2 instances of A (1 open and 1 update), this should be counted as 1 only.
I also need the criteria in the formula to not count those cases that are in closed status, example, there are 3 instances of B (1 open, 1 update and 1 closed), this should be counted as 0 only.
Please advise. Thank you
