Find first cell greater than 0 THEN calculate average and std from that cell to the end

I couldn't figure out how to complete this task. I looked around and all the formulas that i have seen only return the value of the that not necessarily the address.

Here is what i'm trying to do
1. Find the first cell with a value higher than "0"
2. Then use that cell address as a starting point for the "average" and "standard deviation" calculations

I have attached a file as to what I would like to do.
Column G should return the address of the first cell with value higher than 0. Then column H and I uses the column G value to calculate.
