Cell $A$2 contains a date Formatted 3/11/2013 1:30 PM which is the target GMT
Cell A5 contains the hours difference from GMT number ## can be 5 or -5
Cell a9 contains a number from .01 to 24 that is hours format number ##.##

I need a formula that take a2 and adds a5 and subtracts a9 and gives an answer in time Formatted 3/11/2013 1:30 PM

if a2 = 3/11/2013 1:30 PM
if A5 = 5
and a9 = .25
then 1:30 +5 -.25 = 3/11/2013 6:15 PM

If a9 = 19 then = 1:30 +5 -19 = 3/10/2013 11:30 PM
