CORREL+MATCH+OFFSET || Need help.

I have problem with formula. I can not connect CORREL+MATCH+OFFSET. Please look to the file, "dzienne st zwrotu" sheet cells AJ:BN 9. I want to calculate correl each price stock to the XLU price. Correl will be calculate for number of dates from cell G36 and for date from cell G37 in "VAR" sheet. But its imporatant when i will have in G36 for example 10 days and in cell G37: Jun 5, 2013. Correl will be calculate for 10 days but - 1 from Jun 5, 2013. So for this example correl will calculate from Jun 4, 2013 to May 21, 2013. In similar way works average in cells C:AG3 in sheet "dzienne st zwrotu".

Could you help me? I have no idead how to do it.

What exactyly are you trying to do? Are you sure these formulas are what you need to do that, or is it possible that we'll explore other options? Just knowing that you have a problem with a formula but not understanding your goal makes it very difficult to troubleshoot.
