Need help with VLOOKUP, I don't understand where I am going wrong!

I am need of help asap, I dont understand exactly where I am going wrong but now I may of flustered myself and can't see for looking.

I am building a downtime report from multiple sheets in 1 work book.
as i have several different codes for downtime each daily production sheets has the calcs at the bottom and i am trying to get my downtime sheet to look it up and give a figure for each code on each day.
i have attached the wookbook so you guys can see what i mean.
you will see i have tried a few different things in the report sheet but nothing seems to work correctly.
if anybody is able to help, would you be able to show or explain where i am going wrong so i can learn from it.

on weekly downtime report I7 copy down

=SUMPRODUCT(('TH-1&2 MONDAY'!$B$111:$B$127=F7)*('TH-1&2 MONDAY'!$I$111:$Q$127))+SUMPRODUCT(('FRZ MONDAY'!$B$172:$B$188=F7)*'FRZ MONDAY'!$Q$172:$AA$188)

Hi Mozz,

When to refer FRZ sheets and when to refer TH sheets... ?
Can you enter few manual results and provide the explanation how you arrived at them ? Thanks.
