Keeping stock list updated, but how? :)

Hi guys,

I'm doing a process/stock sheet and i want my stock list update every time I'm putting new figures of the same type box or bag. Please help me to do this !! Thanks

thanks but no because there is so many different types of packaging. This formula would subtract any of them .. I don't know how to do it but maybe do it straight of the list ?? hm?

That's brilliant man Thank You very much. Can You please take a look at the merged cells in stock list? If I have 3 different bag types but one type of box for 3 different products I merged it but on the formula it wouldn't work. maybe u know why?

:D But there is few different types of product that would use the same box and it would'nt do the stock right. because the amount of same type boxes is one - I have to join it some how so it would update with every product that goes in to it can u take a look at it?

If I use 70 boxes for 24 kg it will leave me with 1600 and if i'll use 70 boxes for 18kg it' will leave with 1600 aswell where actualy there will be left only 1530 Do you know what i mean?
