How do you check whether a Value in one column matches a Value in any of two columns?

1			1
	2		2
3	3		3

OK, Need a little help with this please. What I'm trying to do, is make Column C check if the Value in Column D is the same with either or both Values Column A and/or Column B. Much appreciated.

Pretty much, what it was supposed to do is check whether the value in A or the alternative value in B matches the value given in D and C is an =IF function where "Yes" will come out if D is indeed equal to A and/or B and "No" if neither Values in A or B are equal to D.
