Hi, I was wondering if anyone here would be able to solve a small problem i have ?

I don't know if this can be done as i am relatively new to Excel and the wonderful world of formula's, but figured i would give it a shot, my problem is as follow;

I have a task at work which takes up a lot of time and is very repetitive and I'm hoping you will be able to help me save time with a formula which can help me, the task i speak of is as such...
We have say 30 workers and each worker has a team leader and a manager, now each team leader and manager has say 5 workers each.

---|A--------------------|B-------------------|C
1.-|Manager 1-----------|Manager 2-----------|Manager 3
2.-|Team Leader 1-------|Team Leader 2-------|Team Leader 3
3.-|Worker 1-------------|Worker 6------------|Worker 11
4.-|Worker 2-------------|Worker 7------------|Worker 12
5.-|Worker 3-------------|Worker 8------------|Worker 13
6.-|Worker 4-------------|Worker 9------------|Worker 14
7.-|Worker 5-------------|Worker 10-----------|Worker 15

And so on and so forth.

My task is to look through a work sheet with all the worker names on, and if they have a set task against their name i have to write their name, manager name and team leader name in a spreadsheet for reviewing procedures...
Would it be possible for me to be able to write the worker in Cell D1 (Cell and Row names and values used for explanations only and not set in stone) and have a formula in E1 which can recognize the name and read the managers name (say "if D1 is equal to Column A then print A1", "Column B then print B1", "Column C then print C1" and so on) and the same in F1 for the Team leaders name.
All the Managers, Team Leaders and workers are in a separate spreadsheet so i wouldn't have to write them all down.

I hope i have made that understandable, i know what i want i just don't really know how to explain it and if it is possible, If any of you can help but need more information or something clarifying then I will try to explain clearer on the points you are confused on.

Thanks in anticipation.

John
