Help with formula to round cell value to nearest 5

I want to round a number to the nearest 5. The cells contain a formula to calculate a set of values from other cells.
In one cell I need to round up; if number is 71.4 then I need it rounded up to 75. In another cell I need it to round down; if the number is 71.4 then I need it to round down to 70.

Try the CEILING and FLOOR functions
