Reference cell Date and populate cells on one workbook from another workbook

I would like to reference the date in cell B2 of workbook “Processed Report” “Sheet1” and populate cells O13, P13, HI33, and NO33, from workbook Processed.xls.

Workbook “Processed” Sheet “MAY” cell O13 value would come from workbook Processed cell C33.
Workbook “Processed” Sheet “MAY” cell P13 value would come from workbook Processed cell B33.
Workbook “Processed” Sheet “MAY” cell HI33 value would come from workbook Processed cell C34.
Workbook “Processed” Sheet “MAY” cell NO33 value would come from workbook Processed cell C35.

Note, The two files are located on different computers, the file Processed.xls is located on a shared drive.
