adding rows only if two cells blanks

    Jak 11/05/2011 $50,000.00 $0.00
    07/12/2012 $10,000.00 $0.00
    $60,000.00 $0.00
In the example above, I want to add Jak's 3rd row only, and many more "third row situations" down the page. I tried =SUMIF(A3,"isblank",c3:d3) but only received ) as a result. I feel I am close, but no cigar. any advice?

Can you upload the data in excel so that data arrangement can be seen easily also what criteria you are following .. is it the sum of previous two (like subtotal) ?
