choose one specific return from multiple returns of Vlookup

I only got one return (the first one vlookup scans from the up downwards). I want to get the 2nd one actually...

how about I want to get the 3rd, or 4th one..... or may I apply another criteria to get the one with some attribute maximized/minimized??

Vlookup is a "dumb" function for lack of a better term. It wll stop calculating once it gets a hit. This is why you need to have unique values in the lookup_value.

If you attach an example spreadsheet (with sensitive data removed) we might be able to provide a better solution.
