Yearly degression by fixed % value

Greetings,

it would be nice if someone could help me with a real simple problem (I think). What I want to do is decrease a base value by a fixed number of times by a certain percentage.

For example:

Base value is 10. There is a degression of 1,5% per year and I want to see what is left after 5 years.

Is there an easy formula in Excel which does just that?

One way could be to create a table with all values and then use a simple INEX & MATCH to get your result..
