VLOOKUP formula

Hi,

I am trying to create a formula that will display text from another sheet if criteria of another cell is met.

For example in Sheet 2 I have a table that displays the number of points a person has scored:

In sheet 1 I want to display this table but only for the people that have 50 points and above (i.e Bob, Timmy and Bart).

I believe it is a VLOOKUP that I will need and I know I will have to include the table columns, however I'm unsure how to include the IF formula
