Create List of Early Dates from Multiple Identifiers and Activities

I need Spreadsheet A to select the earliest date for each identifier from an activity list on Spreadsheet B. Spreadsheet A contains a constant list of identifiers, but the early dates change monthly on Spreadsheet B. Therefore, Spreadsheet A needs to select the early date for each identifier from Spreadsheet B. Spreadsheet A is a list of 170 identifiers (0101 through 0271) and their early dates (pulled from Spreadsheet B) similar to below. Spreadsheet B has 15,000 activities, each containing only one of the 170 identifiers.

Spreadsheet A needs the formula under the early date column, and should provide the following data based on Spreadsheet B below:
