Lookup another cell when first cell is a forumla

Team,

I am trying to lookup a cell on another page where that cell contains a formula.

Example:
Sheet "Pump 200", cell A28 contains a formula that looks up various information on that page. I want to copy the results from that formula to "Equipment Snapshot" cell B3. When A28 on "Pump 200" is updated, I want B3 on Equipment Snapshot to update automatically as well.

Thoughts?

In Equipment Snapshot B3 just put
='Pump 200'!$A$28
