Two spreadsheets, multiple data, need to pull specifics from one to the other

Using the & function and a vloookup, insert the following formula into cell C2 in the Project Date sheet:

Formula:

=VLOOKUP(A2&" "&B2,'Budget to Actuals'!A:B,2,0)
