Linking data in different lines to tables

I have a set of data that I am trying to link to tables.

As each row doesn't follow on from the other I cant simply drag down. As there can be up to 15 lines i am looking to not have to link each and every cell individually

For ease of explanation i have called each line Floor 1,2,3 etc and colour coded each line.

Basically i need all floor 1 (blue) data in one table, Floor two (Pink) in another etc.

Is there a formula that I can use so that if the number of floors increases i can simply copy and drag down.
