Lookup two cells for specific text then change another cell

    Team,

I am trying to write a formula to look for specific text in two different cells and display "MAINTENANCE".

    Example
Look for the text "FALSE" in cell H7 and the text "SHOP" in cell H10. If both have the applicable text, then cell O3 (where I am putting this formula) will read "MAINTENANCE", else, do nothing.

    What's the formula for this?

    Try (untested)

    =IF(OR(ISERROR(FIND("false",H7)),ISERROR(FIND("SHOP",H10))),"","maintenance")

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

This doesn't seem to work. Cell O3 doesn't change regardless of the status of H7 or H10.
