Complicated IF function

I have a complicated IF function problem I'm struggling with...
I need to say-
IF = (K1=1) look at value in column C. If mean value between C1:C10 is larger than value found in C1, then look at mean value between K1:K10, if this value is larger than K1 then insert a '1', if not insert a '0'.

Thanks in advance, I'm stuck with this one!

It's better that you upload a sample of the file so that people could see what you're trying to do.

Also, when you said "insert 1 or 0", which cell is it inserting at?

Questions:
1. In column K, there's blank, 0 and 1. how would you treat blank as? 0? or something else?
2. In the 1st post, you wrote to look at range C1:C10 if cell K1=1...in your attached example, the 1st cell that 'K'=1 is cell K43. What are the range would you like it to look at, on column C? C43:C53? or C1:C43?
3. Same questions with range K1:K10...is it K43:K53 or K1:K43 etc?

I'm trying to help you out here. But would appreciate if you could give a few examples (with explanations) on your attached spreadsheet.
