    need a combined formula

    need a combined formula as below

    B C D E
    send date receive date
    3 13-May-13 77905358 -8
    4 13-May-13 77905358 17-May-13 4


    how can a combine =B3-TODAY() & =MAX(0, D4 - MAX(B4)) formula(s) together so that when D3 is blank "=B3-TODAY()" will apply but when I put date in D3 "=MAX(0, D4 - MAX(B4))" will work


    i use excel 2010
