Formula incorporating multiple lookups and multiplication

Would really appreciate some help on this. I'm trying to create a model that incorporate several lookups and multiplication.

In the attached workbook, Worksheet "Salary" provides the data that will be used in the "Staff Summary" worksheet.
    "Type" is the identifier.

In the worksheet "Staff Input", the budgetholder will input the following info in relation to staff: "Type" Quantity (of that type of staff), type of employment - contractor/permanent and % of time that person will be employed on this project

In staff summary, in cell G18, I want to input a formula that I will copy across to all the other cells. This formula needs to determine the salary for that position - the Technical Project Management - based on the fact that that position is a TYPE D Permanent - (meaning salary is £103,700 in 2014, £108,885 in 2015 etc) and will be utilised 100% on this project (per G18 in Staff Input) and there is only 2 of these positions (Cell D18 in staff input worksheet) on this project

For Cell G18, the formula is a monthly breakdown (In year 2014) but in 2015 - need a yearly figure based on the similar principles.

    Help will be really appreciated.

    Regards
    Y
