Please find below mentioned my problem,
Eg:
Code manager name

1 b
2 a
2 c
3 d

want to insert two column as manager1 & 2 and insert unique value codewise.

IN C1 (assuming A1 and B1 are your data)
=IF(A1=A2, B2,"") copied down.
Then copy paste special > values over top of C to remove the formulas.
Then Filter on C for Blanks and delete those rows

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
