    conditional formatting and lookup help

    I have a table of data. i also want to have a search box. So what ever i put in that box it searches for in the table. I also need it to highlight the results and do a count on some values.

    What would be the best way of approaching this.

    I have attached a sample to hopefully show what i want to achieve.

    1) =$c19=$b$18

    2) =sumif(c19:c29,b18,d19:d29)

    To CF : select C19:D29 and enter =$C19=$B$18 as formula then format as needed

    What do you want to count ?
