    Combing H Lookup and SumProduct

I have a spreadsheet in which ocassionally, an extra row is added that causes an issue with my current formula (=SUMPRODUCT(($Z$19:$Z$230>0)*$Z$19:$Z$230). In this case the row that I want to calculate will change from 19 to 20; I thought I could use an H Lookup formula combined with my SumProduct to correct my issue but have been unable to successfully do so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
