SumIf with multiple criteria

Here is the breakdown of the spreadsheet that I am working on.

Column A = account number

Column B = name

Column C = employee ID

Column D = doesn't matter

Column E = $ amount

This spreadsheet has approximately 37,000 lines. In column B, some names are repeated multiple times. Basically, what I need is a formula that will sum the figures in column E, if the names in column B are the same and one of the employee ID's in column C is equal to "8805", and tell me what percent of the total was in 8805.

For example:

John is listed three times with three different ID numbers, one of which is 8805. I need to know the sum of all three wages and what percentage of the total were paid to 8805.

(remember that not all names are repeated. Some are in there once, and others may be repeated ten times)

I hope I'm making some sense and not just rambling on. Can anyone help with this?
