List of names in one sheet corresponding to multiple sheets

    Good afternoon

I am trying to generate a list of names in a given range of cells on a summary worksheet, that correspond with a range of cells in multiple worksheets (named 1st through 31st). The problem i am having is the names will be entered manually each day followed by the hours worked them rooms cleaned, so the data will not appear in order. i would like the list on the summary sheet to reflect all the names in order, but only once.

My next issue will be continuing the remaining columns to reflect the variance in the persons productivity by cross checking all of the sheets

thanks for that, its exactly what i was after for the names, my other part of the question was how do i get the variance for each name to total up automatically with regards to each date and name, or do i need to include a variance line on each date as well?

    hi,

i have no idea how you are calculating the variance. if you explain what logic you are using to get the variance for each person, i can have a look...
