Retrieving information from a Data Dump

    Hi All,

I'm new to excel and got hold of a spreadsheet which has a datadump where other sheets take information from. Most of them had to be copy + pasted which is a waste of time. Is there any way to simplify this? Please advise.

    see attached.

    Thank you

Could you explain more in detail what needs to be done? Is it just a matter of getting the data per month or what?

yes, it's getting the data per month on separate spreadsheets. If there is a way to automatically populate the data or atleast a much efficient way instead of copy+pasting the code.
    As for the Tables sheet:
Total Tickets for the month: manually entered
Number of RC's: the 'count of names that appeared in the data for the month
    Analyst: analyst's present (manually entered)

if you have further questions, just ask. Thank you! all help would be much appreciated
