Image Formula Help Please!

Hi, I'm new here!

Basically I need help with using a formula so that a certain picture shows dependent on the word in a cell.

I do preferably want a formula as opposed to macros because I have never used macros before and I think formulas are a bit more simple.

From my attachment, you should a table in "Sheet 1" created from values in the sheet named "Squad". What I want is that when the name at the top of the table in "Sheet 1" changes a picture on that same sheet appears of the person. The values are names are people. Pictures would be great for maybe the top 3.

Also, could I ask for it to be explained to me if anyone has a solution so I can reuse the solution for other sheets I do.

there's a difference using Excel 2010 or 2007. i did both
