Displaying % of completion on pivot table

I am battling with this one.
The goal of this sheet is to display the % of items complete for a given Curriculum on a pivot table (depicted on sheet 2)

For instance David is assigned Curriculum Mechanics This has 10 books associated with it. Of those 10 items he has completed 4 (indicated by the Completion Date).

On the pivot table it should display his name curriculum and the % completed.

I have a pivot table with the real titles but it only displays count of the items in the curriculum. But I need it to display %.
