Hello I'm still having some trouble with this and not sure I'm in the right direction with applying VLOOKUP...
I have two files-I will attach examples..
Basically I'm trying to match the deal numbers in Column A in worksheet #1 to the deal numbers in Column A in worksheet #2....if there is a match I would like the formula to return the SL Price in Column C of worksheet #1....maybe to Column E?
It's driving me crazy because I'm missing something...thanks so much

This will give N/A for any deals not on worksheet 1
