We have a shared printer at work. In order to determine whose turn it is to supply new blank sheets and how many, I have to count the pages each user printed let's say in the past three months. So I got a report from the IT Dept. The problem is that there are thousands of entries in the Excel sheet and the PAGES PRINTED by USER are contained in the same cell mixed with other text strings.
I tried using the functions RIGHT, LEFT and FIND but I wasn't able to make it work. Can someone take a look at the file and suggest any other solution?
