Make cells from sheet 1 automatically delete if duplicate data is entered in other sheets?

Ok, so I'm having trouble developing an inventory spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel 2013. I have all of the inventory scanned in, but i am trying to set up a system that will delete a serial number from sheet 1 (warehouse inventory) when i scan the same serial number on subsequent sheets (2,3,4,5,6etc..) no matter what cell the serial number is in. Sheet 1 is the warehouse inventory and all of the others are inventory on different installation technician's trucks and I need to be able to assign them equipment with ease....I can't figure it out!!! Time to turn to smarter people

If it is even possible. I'm not too sure as I haven't used Excel for anything in over a decade. WOW how easily forgotten the formulas are...Even the simple ones!

Still stuck on this, manually searching for each entry is very time consuming...I have tried different inventory management software but havent found anything that isn't web based. Any Ideas?
