Always stops on Sunday

I need to make a simple spreadsheet for work that makes a sign up sheet for 15 minute blocks of phone usage for our clients. Our clients have a tendency to be rough on stuff, so I'm trying to make it so that it automatically fills itself in based on today's date. Mondays through Saturdays they have phone access from 16:30 to 23:00; Sundays 08:30 to 23:00. Since it is going to be printed out I have it setup so that there are six weeks printed at a time, each week covers four pages: Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday-Thursday, Friday-Saturday and 1 page for Sunday. I have attached my half finished spreadsheet in the hopes that somebody can figure out why it never wants to go past Sunday. Please help as this is driving me crazy!
