Distributing planned man-hours over weekending dates

Please, I have engineering deliverables with approved man-hours and I intend to spread the man-hours over weekending dates as seen to the far right of my spreadsheet.

Currently,I spread these hours manually and it takes forever when I have a lot of deliverables to work on.

Can anyone please assist in developing a formula or macro to automatically distribute the hours . I need explanation as well to understand what has been developed so that I can make changes to suit any project.
