The main sheet to bring back the results are 'Prod_Service Matrix' and as an example one employee would be ''TK Prod_Serv View' .

So whatever TK has for the most recent QTR of expertise should be automatically updated into the main sheet as above under the column for TK.

So eg for e-TOM implementation for TK in QTR 1 he is Basic and then for QTR 2 he would be Intermediate. In the main 'Prod_Service Matrix' for QTR 1 in column G for (TK) against the line for e-TOM implementation it would be 'Basic' in Cell G11 updated automatically after TK fills in his sheet 'TK Prod_serv View'.

Does that make sense?
