What is the expected output? Whether the duplication data will be 0 alone or any other number will also get duplicated? Whether the duplication Number of each range needs to be ignored from count? or duplication number needs to be treated as single count? For entire range or every range?

    Please find reply again sir..
What is the expected output? as per the attachfile it should be 2.
Whether the duplication data will be 0 alone or any other number will also get duplicated? 0 or less than 0 can be also counted
Whether the duplication Number of each range needs to be ignored from count? no
or duplication number needs to be treated as single count? For entire range or every range? no it should not be teated as single count.

Hope I have replied all contents

you can not use countifs() for the above calculation but countif() each name range and add them together or change your name range to all and use only 1 countif() say CountIF(ALLRANGE, 0)

CountIFS() - your formula use is for more criteria within the range but not for multi name range, you are counting the jim with 0 values then still you counting for simond with 0 values but are different name range.
