Index match for an array

Hi All,
I'm trying to lookup an employee's name in an array and return the name of the department they are working in for that shift.
Their names are only part of the cell they are in so this becomes a little difficult. Also, I'm limited to this format, so I can't make improvements to the 'Sydney'! sheet which would help in this problem.
