Organize timestamped data in per minute data

Hi everyone,

I have the following issue with Excel. I have data for a stock: tradetime (in the format 09:00:11) and trade price for each tradetime. There are many trades in one minute and the number of trades vary from a minute to minute. What I am aiming for is to be able to plot the number of trades PER MINUTE. Any suggestions how to organize my data? Thanks in advance!
